"The Office must also seek to encourage visits to Sri Lanka for disillusioned members of the Diaspora community to make assessments for themselves on what is taking place and what remains to be done." Coming back to Sri Lanka is probably the last thing they want to have publicized. Those diaspora claiming asylum, even if they do make it back for 'visits' don't want it known that they are safe when they do so. The enthusiastic diaspora who have made their lives over seas but want to support their home land should be more active, and show the world that those who continue to spread false lies are the problem, not the victims.
