HI! Dr.Jayathileke; you are only speaking the negative impact of the peace accord. What about the positive impact? The minus(-) Economy converted to a positive(+) with-in two years.

This is a well authored and articulated publication by comrade Dr. Daya Jayatileke.
I totally agree that the Tamil National Alliance (a by-product of the LTTE which is remote controlled by pro-LTTE Eelam seperatist groups abroad) needs to come out of its ethnic enclave and engage more with the Government of Sri Lanka.
My recommendation is that the TNA should also consider forwarding their alliances names to the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) and further refrain from following the path of their now demised leader and de-facto head Prabhakaran who led the LTTE and transition into the democratic mainstream as with political parties such as the EROS, PLOTE, EPRLF(S), EPRLF (P), PLOTE, TULF and the EPDP.
The Cease Fire Agreement (CFA) was brought in by Ranil Wickremesinghe of the UNP entirely in favour of the LTTE and the CFA was ultimately abused by the LTTE to perfection true to their colours as a Sri Lankan Tamil terrorist military Mafia outfit.
