Minister of Trade Bandula Gunawardana has decided to set up trade centres throughout the country to enable the people to buy all the commodities produced by the state institutions under one roof.
Products of Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation, Printing Corporation, Department of Educational Publication, Salt Corporation, Cashew Corporation, Fisheries Ministry, Palmyrah Development Board and National Milk Board will be made available for sale in these trade Stalls.
The first of these trade centres being set up under the programme of the government has been planned to be opened in Narahenpita.
