All the lawyers attached to the Embilipitiya High Courts, District Courts and the Magistrate Courts held a silent protest parading the streets of Embilitiya town yesterday deploring the orders issued by the Attorney General for the arrest of Former High Court Judge of Embilipitiya Gihan Pilapitiya.
The protest march which commenced opposite the Embilipitiya High Courts around 01.30 p.m., with the protesters clad in black coats and carrying placards depicting critical messages of the actions of the Attorney General.
