Ballot boxes off to Elpitiya today - EC

The Election Commission will dispatch ballot boxes in view of the elections to Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha in the Galle electoral district today, an official said.
The official said polling would take place between 7.00 am till 4.00 pm tomorrow and counting will commence separately at the respective polling stations. There are 53,384 voters eligible to cast their votes this time. There will be 47 polling stations. The election will be held to elect 28 members to the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha.
