Meerigama Ministry of Health (MOH) office said that 11 Covid-19 positive patients were detected during a Rapid Antigen Test conducted yesterday on people who were exiting from Colombo.
The test conducted at Danowita on the Colombo - Kandy highway, detected ten infected persons while, the test conducted at Haddamulla on the Colombo – Kurunegala Road detected one infected person.
Out of 250 people tested, those 11 people who tested positive were hospitalised yesterday evening.
