At the AGM of the Automobile Association of Ceylon from right are Devapriya Hettiarachchi, (Secretary) Dhammika Attygalle (PresiCIent) And Anton Kandiah (Consultant)
The 115th Annual General Meeting of the Automobile Association of Ceylon was held on June 30, 2020 at the Association Auditorium. The AGM was well attended. The meeting was conducted according to the guidelines of the Health Authorities and the agenda of the meeting was strictly followed.
Whilst the members appreciated the manner in which the arrangements had been made for the meeting, they also commended on the excellent performance of the President and Executive Committee Members of their achievements during the year 2019. There was much recognition for the financial achievement of the 57% increase of net profit in comparison to the previous year. This was despite of the Easter Sunday Catastrophe during this period under review. The following will continue to serve the Committee for the ensuing year:

Ananda Dangalle
Executive Committee: S.V. Ganesh, Keerthi Gunawardena, N Z Passela, P H Liyanage, P B Kulatunga, S Mannapperuma, Dr Vijaya Corea, Harsha Panduwawela, Dampiya Banagala, S. Ravi, Wickrema Punchihewa, Prasanna de Zoysa.
The President of the Association from the Chair proposed the name of President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, His Excellency Gotabaya Rajapaksa as Patron of the Association and Hon. Mahinda Amaraweera, MP Minister of Transportation, Power & Energy as Vice Patron, which were
carried unanimously.
