I am very much in favour of these fines. Will bring aboit some serious discipline. However there is also room for corruption from the police. Thoughts and suggestions 1 - Make sure the traffic police are paid according to the salary scale band.2 - Inspection on police to see they conduct the duty well. For example have inspectors under cover failing to produce licence or insurance and offer bribe to the poloce and socument how they react to ti.
