DFCC Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sathosa Motors on 7th October at the DFCC Head office.
The CEOs of the two institutions signed the MoU, which will facilitate the leasing of Isuzu branded vehicles for DFCC Bank’s customers. Sathosa Motors is the sole authorised agent in Sri Lanka for Isuzu Commercial vehicles, which is the No.1 Japanese brand for commercial vehicles in the world. The reputation for quality and reliability that both DFCC Bank and Sathosa Motors hold in the market will ensure a successful collaboration that offers the Bank’s customers the opportunity to purchase a good quality vehicle at a lower cost.
Arjun Fernando, CEO of DFCC Bank commented on the partnership with Sathosa Motors: “We are pleased to sign an MoU with Sathosa Motors as this arrangement enables us to offer multiple benefits to our customers, while at the same time expanding our leasing portfolio significantly. As the market leader in the light commercial segment, Sathosa Motors’ Isuzu range of vehicles will be the ideal choice for several of our customer segments in terms of both price and durability. DFCC Bank is committed to meeting the aspirations of our customers by entering into such enriching partnerships.”
The Managing Director/CEO of Sathosa Motors, Tilak Gunasekera added: “Sathosa Motors is delighted to enter into a partnership with the highly reputed DFCC Bank to offer unbelievable discounts for Isuzu vehicles through DFCC’s leasing facilities. We are confident that attractive discounts from between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 150,000 on our range of vehicles will attract new customers to DFCC Bank and drive sales of our vehicles. We are also excited to introduce the new one cube Tipper for the first time in Sri Lanka to the Bank’s customers during the period of the MoU. Sathosa Motors will also serve DFCC Bank customers by taking the trucks, pickups and buses to many of the bank’s selected branches around the island for the benefit of its customers.”
DFCC Bank continuously strives to create sustainable value for all stakeholders and provide its valued customers with a comprehensive range of innovative financial solutions.
