Kobelco Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, Japan and Far East Asian Office, Singapore (KISCO), along with Senok Trade Combine (Pvt.) Ltd, the local agent of Kobelco in Sri Lanka, organised the customer support gathering, especially parts and service aspects, recently, at Waters Edge.
The partnership between Kobelco and Senok has existed in Sri Lanka for nearly three decades.
The sessions were carried out by Donald Ting, Ken of Kobelco Office in Singapore, related to factory standard maintenance programme, to save cost and prolong machine lives.
Also, the genuine hydraulic filter manufacturer was presented theoretical and practical sessions on how imitation filter can cause damage to the machine, etc. Senok officials who chaired this gathering were Kobelco Director Ranjan Dahanayake, GM Technical Prasanna Jayasinghe, GM Parts Hariharan Ramanadan, Kobelco AGM Upul Chamika and other relevant officers.
Some of the leading customers were felicitated by offering them souvenirs for their long-standing business dealings with Kobelco machinery through Senok.
