Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the National Housing Development Authority and Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd. Spanning over a widespread eight-acre land between Athurugiriya and Homagama, Green Valley Apartment Project is featuring spacious outdoors with landscaped turfs and garden areas.
ALTOGETHER, THE PROJECT CONTAINS 352 APARTMENT UNITS
Altogether, the project contains 352 apartment units, distributed among 22 low-rise residential blocks rising up to 4 levels. Two gymnasiums, two Swimming pools, two Club houses, jogging track, day-care centre, mini-market, medical centre, pharmacy, children’s play area, condominium management office and two community halls are among the complete range of facilities available for the residents of Green Valley Apartments, Athurugiriya.
Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd, the designed and built partner of Green Valley Apartment Project, worked together with the National Housing Development Authority, in achieving the core objectives of the project.
