The total COVID-19 infected cases reached 592 today with three persons who returned from the UK, the Government Information Department said.

How can that be? I thought they have to give a negative test before the flight. How many others will be now infected in the flight. The tests at the airport will not detect infections within the 24 first hours. Are all other passengers under quarantine now or did the general sent them home?
