The term of the Presidential Commission on Political Victimisation has been extended by another four months till November 9, 2020 by the President.
This Commission was appointed to look into the alleged political victimization during the previous Government between January 8, 2015 and November 16, 2019. (Yoshitha Perera)

Why not have a permeant department for this. These commissions are a waste of public funds.
