Chairman of the Talawakele-Lindula Urban Council has been removed with effect from January 29, 2021 by the Central Province Governor Lalith U. Gamage.
In an Extraordinary Gazette notification issued by the Governor, said that there was sufficient proof of misdeeds according to the amended Urban Council Ordinance against the Chairman.
