The Minister of Power, Dullas Alahapperuma, today advised the Ministry Secretary to take immediate action to tighten the security of the Control Panel of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) with additional security provided by the Special Task Force (STF) personnel.
During an inspection tour at the CEB Control unit after Monday's sudden blackout in the country, the minister said STF personnel should be assigned in addition to the security personnel already in place.
"The Control Unit is the most sensitive place of the CEB. It should be protected to provide a stable and uninterrupted power supply in the country," the minister said. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)

Show is knowledge of power generation and distribution. The steam generators at Norochcholaii as the generators could not handle the load and tripped. What can STF do about is. An idiot or following order from the top.
