President congratulates Joe Biden and kamala Harris

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has congratulated President Joe Biden, who assumed duties as the 46th President of the United States.

In a twitter message, he said “We look forward to working together towards a strengthened bilateral relationship.”

Meanwhile, the President has also extended his best wishes to US Vice President Kamala Harris on assumption of duties.

“We look forward to working together towards a strengthened bilateral relationship,” he tweeted.
