Old Puttalam – Mannar Road Inundated

The old Puttalam – Mannar Road has been inundated - blocking the vehicle movements on the road, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) said.
DMC Deputy Director Pradeep Kodippili said the area was flooded after the spilling of the Kala Oya following the torrential rains.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
