Religious Leaders should not practice only customary religious observances but must pay more attention to motivate the human beings in a spiritual way and guiding them.In Asian countries we do not find similar practise but in some Western and African countries If something going wrong on their personal life they go to the bottom and solve the problem. This Will reduce suicides and murders etc.
