The completion ceremony of Katana Water Supply Project, funded by China Development Bank and implemented by China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation (AVIC-ENG), was held at Negombo yesterday.
The monument was unveiled by Water Supply Minister Vasudeva Nanayakkara, Primary Health Care, Epidemics and COVID-19 Disease Control Minister Sudarshani Fernandopulle and Rural and Divisional Drinking Water Supply Projects Development State Minister Sanath Nishantha.

Yes endless opening, no water , no food people standing with out any shelters I no body understand why thay waste our money for the opening Ceremony. The Fact is before 10 years Katana area we had enough water but now people suffering.
