The Court of Appeal today issued an interim order preventing the transportation of garbage containers inside the country until September 20.
Considering the writ petition filed by Hayleys PLC with regard to the shipment of imported garbage containers, the Court of Appeal yesterday fixed for today (31) to decide on issuing notices to the respondents and granting interim relief.
The petitioner had sought an interim order to be delivered preventing any transportation of the containers inside the country.
