Former Minister Harin Fernando yesterday said he would welcome the recent comment made by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa who requested not to display his photographs in public institutions.
“One must be able to appreciate the good things your opponents do," he said while bidding farewell to his ministerial staff last afternoon. “ No one should jump to a conclusion that I am waiting to cross over as I have no such intention to do so. I am a person who is against crossovers,” he added.
Mr. Fernando said ministers should not be addressed as honourable if they draw salaries. Also, he said he and New Democratic Front candidate Sajith Preamdadsa will re-launch their journey and will travel everywhere in the country to re-start their political journey. (Yohan Perera)

Nice to read the you will be restarting you political journey with Sajith. You need to get rid of the pig fat the UNP is carrying. The best and only option is to form a new party.
