Former MPs meeting underway

Former MPs meeting convened by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to discuss the current situation in the country is underway at Temple Trees.

However, several parties including United National Party (UNP), Samagi Jana Balawegaya and Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) announced earlier that they would boycott the meeting.
