The Central Bank has submitted to Parliament the five complete Forensic Audit Reports together with the annexures and exhibits with regard to the CBSL bond scam, Parliament sources said today.
It was submitted on a written request by the Secretary General of Parliament, under the instructions of Speaker Karu Jayasuriya, to Central Bank Governor W.D.Lakshman.
Several Government and Opposition members had informed Parliament that the audit reports would not be complete without the relevant annexures and exhibits whereas a special parliamentary debate on the forensic audit report had been fixed for February 18 and 19.
