Easter attacks: PSC’s final report presented to parliament

The final report of the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) appointed to inquire into the Easter Sunday attacks was presented in parliament today.

Some 60 officials including President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe had testified before the PSC headed by Deputy Speaker Ananda Kumarasiri.

The committee was appointed by Speaker Karu Jayasuriya on May 22 to investigate and report to the parliament with reference to the April 21 terror attacks. (Ajith Siriwardana)
