Change in current dry weather from tomorrow: Met. Dept.

There would be a change in the prevailing dry weather condition from tomorrow, the Meteorology Department said.

While issuing a weather forecast today, the Department said there is a possibility of showers or thundershowers over most parts of the country.

Showers would occur in Eastern and Uva provinces and Hambantota and Polonnaruwa districts and showers or thundershowers may occur in several places in the Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Galle and Mathara districts in the evening or night.

Misty conditions could be experienced in some places in Uva and Western provinces during the morning. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
