The COVID-19 death toll in Sri Lanka climbed to 502 with five more deaths being confirmed by the Director-General of Health Services, the Government Information Department said.
Accordingly, a 74-year-old male from Pallekele, an 82-year-old male from Nugegoda, a 72-year-old male from Barawardanaoya, a 77-year-old female from Matara and a 67-year-old male from Kannattota died from the virus.
