The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) issued the schedule for daily power cuts which will be implemented as of today.
The utility provides stated that the four-hour power cut has been scheduled under two-time slots of three hours (during the day) and another after dark.

This is a real democracy. There is never power cuts in the city of Colombo. The elites enjoy every privilege in this country. We who live outside of Colombo city have to pay the price for Colombo citizens who probably use more electricity than the rest of the country put together. Talk of justice...

I fixed solar panel at home now with 4 hour power cut there is no benefit further have a electric car unable to charge when in need. why is there no contingency plan by CEB. So much loss and inconvenience to customers.
