CA resumes oral submissions this morning

The Court of Appeal Bench, comprising Justices Yasantha Kodagoda (President/CA), Arjuna Obeysekara and Mahinda Samayawardena yesterday decided to resume hearing of the oral submissions relating to the writ petition filed against former Defense Secretary's citizenship from 9.30 a.m. today.
The Court also contemplated that the oral submissions will only be heard till noon today as the Bench required enough time to look into all submissions to make an initial order. (Shehan Chamika Silva)
