A total of 650 new COVID-19 patients were reported within today bringing the total number of cases in the country to 101,236, the Government Information Department said.

Can't someone in prisons get infected by a person infected from the peliyagoda cluster. And vice versa. And can't it still be from the minuwangoda cluster?

How can they just say it is Paliyagoda Cluster as the new variant is similar to find in UK. Hope no Paliyagoda in UK.
