35 families from Pannila in Beruwala sent to quarantine

At least 140 people of 35 families from Pannila in Beruwala where a Covid-19 positive case was reported were taken to quarantine centres, Police said.

An individual, who failed to report his infection to health authorities, had compelled relevant officials to isolate five villages in Beruwala police area early this week. (Thusitha Kumara De Silva)

    Many suffer due to one person's ignorance,sue him. either confiscate all his assets or impose heavy fine, otherwise they take it for granted
