Wellawatte Police found around 15,000 Al Quran books in a warehouse of an international school in Wellawatte.
These books were found when inspecting the store after tip-off alerted the Wellawatte Police.
Police said several books were taken into their custody and the warehouse was sealed until the contents of those books were disclosed. (DSB)

I think authorities want to see if the contents are same as the standard book. Not something altered to create hate. As long as it is the standard book then there should not be a problem.
