1 killed, 2 injured in shootout at Lunugamwehera

One person was killed and another two injured following a shooting incident reported at Beralihera in Lunugamwehera last night, police said.
They said the incident occurred at 9.30 pm last night during a party.
The victim was identified as Hittetiya Gamage Lakshan Prasad (27) and the injured were residents of Lunugamwehera and Pannegamuwa.
The injured were admitted to the Lunugamwehera hospital and one of them was later transferred to the Debarawewa hospital.
