Sunshine Healthcare deploys Axienta’s mobile enterprise solutions

Having started their journey 48 years ago Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd has emerged as a strong market leader in the pharmaceutical business.

Today they market over 2000 pharmaceuticals, neutraceuticals, medical diagnostic equipment and surgical products to over 2800 pharmacies and to over 3000 doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare institutions, the best in healthcare services.

In a bid to streamline and automate their processors and operations and manage the challenges of maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams of medical representatives they recently signed up with Axienta a leading company in the market in offering a mobile enterprise solutions platform namely FIWEX .

Speaking of this initiative, Shantha Bandara , General Manager Operations stated “ With a large team of medical representatives that deals with busy medical professionals day in and day out, our thinking was that we needed a system to accurately track, monitor and manage our specific business processes to deliver more results with fewer efforts. The dashboards offer complete visibility, leading to transparency of all the activities of our 200 medical representatives that comprise of 40 teams handling over 300 brands. Heads of departments, supervisors and team leaders now have the ability to plan and monitor activities of all our medical representatives on a daily basis for each brand that they promote.”
