It has enabled our team of medical representatives to save data entry time and increase the number of visits made by them, which in turn has boosted their productivity.

He added “Since our representative’s work in diverse geographical areas across the country, Axienta’s CRM solution has become a key to connecting them across the entire company to collaborate and share information securely from anywhere using this solution on their mobile devices. The dashboards offer complete visibility, leading to transparency of all the activities of our 200 medical representatives that comprise of 40 teams handling over 300 brands. Heads of departments, supervisors and team leaders now have the ability to plan and monitor activities of all our medical representatives on a daily basis for each brand that they promote.”
