IronOne Technologies of Sri Lanka has partnered with Robi Axiata Limited, a leading mobile phone company in Bangladesh, to facilitate paperless Board and Senior Management Committee meetings using IronOne’s ‘BoardPAC’ software solution.

It is expected that the iPad-enabled paperless board meeting automation in Robi will pave the way for widespread adoption of the solution in Bangladesh’s large corporate sector, the company said. Supun Weerasinghe, MD & CEO of Robi Axiata Limited and Lakmini Wijesundera, CEO of IronOne Technologies recently signed an agreement on behalf of their respective companies for this purpose. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, COO of Robi Axiata was present at the signing ceremony.

BoardPAC introduced by IronOne Technologies, is an effective and highly secure way for Board Directors and Management Committee members to access  board and committee papers and supplementary information directly from their iPads, thereby eliminating the need for printing multiple copies of each document and couriering such documents to the Directors.
