VirtusaPolaris recognized for HR Excellence at Global Best Employer Brand Awards

VirtusaPolaris, the market-facing brand of Virtusa Corporation and Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd and a leading worldwide provider of information technology (IT) consulting and outsourcing services, was recognized for ‘HR Excellence Through Technology’ at Global Best Employer Brand Awards 2016. 
The gala event took place recently at the prestigious Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
Organised by the Employer Branding Institute, the event recognized organisations across the globe for their talent management, HR strategy and Health at Work initiatives among other HR-related fields that contributed to the enhancement and well-being of the employee.“We are honoured to have been recognized for HR best practices at VirtusaPolaris,” said VirtusaPolaris Executive Vice President and General Manager Sri Lanka Madu Ratnayake.

The previous year Virtusa Corp received a Gold Stevie Award for the Human Resources Department of the Year and multiple other awards for its HR best practices. This latest award further serves to reinforce the company’s ethos and modern HR practices that are aligned to the needs of the millennial environment.
