Superintendents of 13 plantations that come under the purview of Namunukula, Kegalle and Maskeliya plantations managed by Richard Pieris Company was rewarded with Mitsubishi double cabs, recognizing their outstanding performance in the current financial year.
The event took place at a ceremony held on November 22nd, at the Arpico office premises situated at Vauxhall Lane, Colombo 02, by the Group Chairman Dr. Sena Yaddehige and Chief Executive Officers of Namunukula/Kegalle and Maskeliya Plantations.
Whilst addressing at the ceremony, Dr. Yaddehige stated that Richard Pieris Group of Companies always recognizes the performance of individuals and reward them to perform even better. He further added that this is the first occasion that 13 brand new vehicles have been purchased at a very high value for the use of plantation superintendents for supervision work.
The CEOs whilst addressing at the ceremony thanked the Group Chairman for supporting their proposal to reward the best performing plantation superintendents which will no doubt motivate them to improve the overall performance of their SBU’s and finally the performance of the company.
The Senior Executives of Richard Peiris Group of Companies and Plantation Executives of Namunukula, Kegalle and Maskeliya were present to grace this occasion.
