Seven more succumb to COVID-19; death toll climbs to 339

Seven more COVID-19 deaths were reported today increasing the death toll in the country to 339, the Government Information Department said.   

Accordingly, a 58-year-old male from Maggona, an 82-year-old male from Weuda, a 70-year-old male from Katugastota, a 53-year-old male from Hettipola, a 66-year-old male from Biyagama, a 78-year-old female from Dickwella and a 62-year-old male from Nuwara Eliya are among the deceased.
