SJB wants a prosperous nation with healthy people: Sajith

A prosperous nation with healthy people is what Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is planning for, it’s Leader Sajith Premadasa said after casting his vote yesterday.   

“We are confident that our party will taste success at the general election. We are striving towards building a prosperous nation with healthy people,” he told journalists at the polling booth in Suranimala Primary School in Tissamaharama last afternoon.   

“Our belief is that we will succeed” he said.   

In a Twitter message, Mr. Premadasa claimed that his party would triumph particularly in the Colombo District.   

Meanwhile, earlier the SJB alleged that Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa had visited the Nikaweratiya polling station with a group of people. The party called for a re-poll in the area if it is necessary.
