President visits Parliament

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa visited Parliament yesterday and listened to the speeches by the MPs, a statement from the President’s Media Division (PMD) said yesterday.


The statement said the President entered the chamber of the House with Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and listened to the speeches by the MPs for nearly an hour. This is the President’s fourth visit to parliament since last August following its inaugural session.
