Seylan Bank recently relaunched its new corporate website: www.seylan.lk in an innovative manner by inviting the public to launch the site.

“Our new website offers customers an exceptional user experience and is now further attuned to cater to their needs with relevant content in a secure manner,” said Seylan Bank Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kapila Ariyaratne.

With more people searching for information online and in keeping in line with new technological trends, the new website has been revamped and streamlined with new features relevant to the online audience.

Designed using responsive web design technology, the website automatically adapts itself according to the device used – be it a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile – to provide an optimum viewing experience. The mouse over feature allows customers that visit the site on a desktop or laptop to reach their intended product landing page with a single click.

The URL is secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certification and customers can be assured of a high level of security while browsing the website with faster loading time.

An interesting feature of the site is the easy to use interactive tools and calculators featured on the site. The calculators also enable customers to ascertain the gifts eligibility for Tikiri children’s savings accounts and use the loan calculators to check the instalments and exchange rate converter to check on the current exchange rates.

The website content is available in all three languages i.e. English, Sinhala and Tamil while visitors can personalize the size of fonts and colour themes on the home page.
