The Commercial Bank of Ceylon is to keep 71 branches open for business on 6th July, designated a Public and Bank holiday in celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr or Ramazan Festival Day.
The Bank said its 30 Supermarket Banking Centres and 25 ‘365-day’ branches will work their customary hours on that day, while another 16 branches will be open from 9 am to 1 pm.
These 16 branches areWellawatte, Kolluptiya, Kotahena, Maharagama, Borella, Nugegoda, Narahenpita, Battaramulla, Panchikawatte, Union Place, Wattala, Dehiwala, Avissawella,Piliyandala, the Foreign branch at Razik Fareed Mawatha and Main Street, Pettah.`
