Commercial Bank of Ceylon (ComBank) has announced it will keep 71 branches open for business on Monday, May 2, 2016, a statutory bank holiday in lieu of May Day, which falls on Sunday.The bank said its 30 Supermarket Banking Centres and 25 ‘365-day’ branches will work their customary hours on that day, while another 16 branches will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
These 16 branches are Wellawatte, Kolluptiya, Kotahena, Maharagama, Borella, Nugegoda, Narahenpita, Battaramulla, Panchikawatte, Union Place, Wattala, Dehiwala, Avissawella, Piliyandala, the Foreign branch on Razik Fareed Mawatha and Main Street, Pettah.
