Religious event to confer merit on victims of Bomb explosion

A religious event to confer merit on the victims and to wish early recovery for the injured of the Easter Sunday bombings was held yesterday (28) at the Colombo Hunupitiya Gangaramaya Temple under the guidance of the Chief Incumbent of the temple Ven. Dr. Kirinde Assaji Thera.   

President Maithripala Sirisena, Minister Chandrani Bandaranayaka and Auxiliary Bishop Rev. J. D. Anthony were also present at the religious programme.   The former minister Duminda Dissanayaka and the Dayaka Sabhawa of the temple organized the religious programme.
