Ranil, this is not about the PAST mistakes of the CJ. This is about the independence of the judiciary. Stand for that ! Everyone knows the CJ has many skeletons in the cupboard when she towed the line with the Raja[akse regime. That is a different issue which needs to be dealt with separately!!!!

Imran Hussein Saturday, 05 January 2013 06:01 AM

If that happens MR will have a dagger instead of an umbrella.

    Mohamed Saturday, 05 January 2013 06:11 AM

    Cartoon of the Year!

    Jonah Saturday, 05 January 2013 06:31 AM

It is a disgrace that the UNP has stooped to such a level. In 1977 when the UNP came to power , it had in its cabinet, educated talented team which did bring about certain change. Today the Sri Lankan politicians are better of being part of a circus 1. good at sumersaults, 2. ideal for role of clown

    Cobra Saturday, 05 January 2013 01:23 AM

    Thiththa aththa!!!

    mamath Saturday, 05 January 2013 01:25 AM

    A real Gambooge!!

    Shan Saturday, 05 January 2013 01:25 AM

Excellent cartoon of the reality. Our opposition always strenghtened the bad governance.

    Lankabay Saturday, 05 January 2013 02:16 AM

The opposition leader is only reciprocating for all the helps he gets from MR to retain his leadership.

    Bucket Saturday, 05 January 2013 02:17 AM

Thanks DM. This cartoon is worth a thousand words. This is the exact situation today. The UNP has to wind up.

    Mahela Saturday, 05 January 2013 02:25 AM

Money Talks.... Yes for 86 Million rupee my annual parliament salary, I will do anything for you sir.

    sahdi Saturday, 05 January 2013 02:43 AM

    APEY KAALEY MODA RALA....

    sobana Saturday, 05 January 2013 03:07 AM

Says it all.....That is exactly what is happening.

    John Saturday, 05 January 2013 03:40 AM

Very symbolic cartoon of as usual - even if to replace the umbrella with a torch?!

    J.D Saturday, 05 January 2013 03:45 AM

    It's Happening......

    sudari Saturday, 05 January 2013 04:32 AM
