In the last 5 years we have created RS.20 of debt for every Rs.1 growth. We haven't a hope in hell of getting out of the "Debt Death Spiral". The whole economy is one massive DEBT BUBBLE , so when it bursts Stock Market / Rupee will be crushed.

Well - when you have to pay 10 - 15 percent right at the contract signing, the raw material producers pay similar commissions and come up with sub-standard products, the supervisors pass the exam with mobile phones and cheat sheets, the labourers are supplied by the MP's cousin, and so on.... How do you expect proper plastering of the walls and paving?
