By far, the most efficient and effective defense minister Sri Lanka ever had. He not only have military skills but proper administrative, good communicative and interpersonal skills which blossoms himself from the rest of the bunch (don't worry 'm not comparing gota with "Thilak Marapana" cos' even though this guy was the defense minister for gov. of Ranil W. , his attitude and personality by far the worst, ohh...yes he was that much disgusting to me personally during 2001-2004 time....OMG y did i mention his name here)
