Well better if the port was built on strong economic fundamentals such as an imminent increase in demand for port faculities. What you don't want is to erode your competitiveness in the main Colombo port which has a truly international service portfolio. As a side comment why do politicians thirst for personal glory and have their names made part of projects built with public funds?

I dont know that why MR is behaving like this. One time came to divert water by spending lots of countries money but water filled after very long time then he came for another to welcome Sri Lankan Jetliner which is hired by port authority. Please explain what do you want to say to Sri Lankans.
