Easy come easy go! with the shortest rainfall reservoir get filled up and after a couple of weeks without rain it vanishes. This is a result of silt accumulation. Thus desilting of reservoirs have to be done to solve water shortages. Why i wonder this is not realised by the relevant authorities?
