UN Human Rights Commissioner Navi Pillay has today visited Mullaitivu to meet relatives of people who had disappeared during the end stage of the war. They had told Ms. Pillay that despite four years lapsing since the war ended, the residents had not been able to reside in their original homes. Pix by Romesh Madushanka
