Foundation stone was laid for a new building at the Defense Service College (DSC), Slave Island by State Minister of Defense Ruwan Wijedarene.  Defense Secretary Karunasena Hettiarachchi, Navy Commander Vice Admiral Ravinda Wijegunaratne and Air force Commander  Air Marshal Gagana Bulthasinhala participated in the event.     Please change the name "Slave Island".We are a free country and a Republic,there are no slaves in Sri Lanka.

    Most of the fellows in "Fancy Dress" was there to supervise the demolition of the poor mans houses in Slave Island along with that disgraceful mayor. Now they are present at at a commencement of a new building. For what?
